THAT WEED SMELL IS NOT PROOF OF CANNABIS IMPAIRMENT – Always remember that an employee may smell of cannabis, but it doesn’t mean they have been smoking at work. They could have smoked before work or the night before or the employee has been associating with people who have been smoking cannabis.
