WELL, THIS IS A CHANGE. ONTARIO CANNABIS STORES (OCS) WILL NOT HAVE ACTUAL STORES.

Province will allow “tightly regulated” private retail stores into the weed business by next April 1. When pot is legalized Oct. 17, the province, itself, will sell recreational cannabis online only.
