For anyone who was there with a truck, just because you left doesn’t mean that the police won’t confiscate your rig, possibly when they come to serve you with criminal charges. For anyone who had kids there you may want to speak with a family law lawyer to get advice on what to do if the Children’s Aid Society calls.

Simply put, mischief is defined by section 430(1) of the Criminal Code.

ANOTHER ASSISTANT CROWN ATTORNEY APPOINTED A JUDGE – I do not question the quality of this appointment. My concern is that government employment does not become the sole pathway to a judicial appointment.
