REASONABLE AND PROBABLE GROUNDS TO BELIEVE – A concerned citizen reports that a woman who was picking up her 7-year-old child appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Police and a Children’s Aid Society worker attend at her residence, enter the house without consent and without a warrant, arrest the parents, and seize the child. Wait. What?
