This is such a sad incident of a mental health issue being dealt with by the criminal justice system by punishment rather than the ability to actually deal with people’s needs. This man does not understand the reality of the charges against him. He doesn’t belong where he was shoved aside to.

THE GOVERNMENT IS GOING TO SCAN SOCIAL MEDIA TO SEE IF YOU SMOKE WEED – The initiative will look for self-reported usage patterns (how much, what kind, and where) and activities such as buying and selling weed. The government will also be scanning social media for “criminal activities associated with cannabis use”—driving under the influence, for example.
