MARIJUANA MANDATORY MINIMUM – One-year sentence reduced to 12 days

Ontario’s Court of Appeal has imposed a 12 day jail sentence for possession of 97 grams of marijuana that would otherwise now require a minimum one year jail sentence under Harper’s tough on crime laws. Harper’s laws are out of touch.
